What I bring
- Clarifying missions that are under construction or evolving, when objectives are defined before the means and arbitrations are fully established
- Structuring working and decision-making frameworks, so that priorities, roles, and responsibilities become clearer and shared
- Coordinating stakeholders with different logics and constraints, within multi-actor or regulated environments
- Bringing coherence between institutional requirements, operational realities, and human factors, to facilitate decision-making and action
- Using digital tools and automation in a considered way, as levers for clarity, effectiveness, and continuity
Posture
I work within the existing framework, with particular attention to people, organizational history, and the balances already in place. Experience shows that what is often labelled “resistance to change” is most often an attachment to what has enabled the organization to hold together so far. Acknowledging this helps avoid unnecessary tension and opens the way for an evolution that is fairer, smoother, and more sustainable. I favour a non-dogmatic, pragmatic approach, focused on discernment, continuity, and quality of implementation.
How I work
Understanding the context, real constraints, and human dynamics.
Clarifying priorities, roles, and decision-making pathways.
Operational coordination, gradual adjustments, and deployment of tools that are genuinely useful.
Capitalisation, documentation, and team autonomy.
